TOPEKA, Kan. — Washburn director of athletics Loren Ferre' has announced head softball coach Vanessa Becerra has left her position at Washburn University.
 
A national search for the next Ichabod softball coach will begin immediately.
 
"I would like to thank Vanessa for her dedication to the program," Ferre' said. "We look forward to the program going in a new direction."
