In 2008: Made three starts before suffering season-ending injury recording seven tackles with five solo stops and one sack … received a medical redshirt and sat out of spring practice.

In 2007: Started 11 games at defensive end recording 51 total tackles with 29 solo stops and 22 assisted tackles … his 14.5 tackles for loss is tied for fourth on the Washburn single-season chart … he earned second team all-MIAA honors … also recorded five and one-half sacks for 47 yards with one forced fumble and two fumble recoveries … had a career-high nine tackles against Missouri Southern and Colorado Mines … named the Ichabod defenisve lineman of the week two times following the Colorado Mines game and the Southwest Baptist game … also had one pass break up.

Background: Was named Class 3A Defensive Player of the Year as well as first team all-league, all-area and all-state … was a starter in the 2004 Outback Bowl and named MVP of his high school’s defense.
